What information we collect
- Order details you enter at checkout: name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address, PIN code, city and optional GSTIN.
- Order contents: the products, quantities and total of your order.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment card details in the app or website.
How your order reaches us
When you tap Send order on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with your order details pre-filled. Your details are sent to us only when you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
What stays on your device
Your cart, wishlist, saved address (only if you tick "Save this address"), order history and notifications are stored in your browser or app storage on your own device. You can clear them at any time by clearing the app's storage or your browser's site data.
How we use your information
- To confirm stock and price, arrange payment, pack and deliver your order.
- To send you order updates (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To issue a GST invoice when you give us a GSTIN.
We do not sell your information. We share delivery details only with the courier company that delivers your parcel.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and 3D viewer code from public content networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr), which receive standard technical data such as your IP address when the files load.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records as long as required for accounting and GST rules. To ask what we hold about you, or to delete information that we are not legally required to keep, call or WhatsApp +91 84597 31011.
Children
Our store is meant for students, makers and businesses. Orders from anyone under 18 should be placed by a parent or guardian.
